Johan Lans – Food Inspired by the Northern Lights

Johan Lans was born in 1976. He grew up Kiruna under the Northern Lights. With his interest for both art and food he developed the idea for a Northern Lights menu. The menu incorporates all the elements of this natural phenomenon, the taste, smell, sound, color and shape.
